REMEMBER

Elusive happiness,
Can be like promises,
My thoughts that ponder upon words unspoken,

And even when I tried to welcome you back with arms wide open,
You still left me cold and broken,

As i gaze into the night sky,
Beautiful stars and bodies that fly,
All I remember was your serene face.

And although all my days were dark and dreary,
Your memories in me released all that was once weary,

Your laughter i wish shall never cease,
The smile that made me calm and at ease,

So when my time is done i have but one wish,
Remember both our days together oh please.

Can't breathe, when i'm around you.
