CHURCH CAMP. THE FULL STORY.
Hey world! im getting down to writing all abt church camp today! yay.
so.. here goes! its gonna be a loooong post.
My holiday started on the 7th June. A rough (or not so rough) summary.
7th June 2008. Saturday - 13th June 2008. Friday
Day 1.
Woke up at around... usual going off time. so i guess 5.30+ am? yeah. yup. the meeting point was my house dere.. so eary. dun need to move stuff here n dere too much. yeah. there were 5 cars following us. yeah. as usual, we were leading. so cool okay! haha. thats not the coolest part yet. hahh.. wait long long ;D lol. nvm. moving on.. yeah. left to go 2 de customs. sms-ed many many many ppl. hahaha. yeah. got into m'sia. JB. went to Austin Hills to stay 4 1 night. nice nice! PLAYED BOWLING. MUAHAHAHAHA. 6 games okay! whoot! 6 games in 2 hrs. pro right? played with maegan. heh. okay STUPID. I DUNNO WAD I DID THEN ALL MY WRITTEN STUFF ERASED. STUPID THING.nvm. skip to day 2.woke up. went down 4 breaky. went to play bowling. my last game's score: 111! pro right :D moved off to malacca... then um.. stayed in Aldy hotel. nice place. then cant rmb anything all the way to dinner. dinner was the wanton noodles that we always have when we go to malacca cos they simply ROCK. haha. yeah. pics at the end. got b4 n aft pics. hahas.yeah then went back to the hotel. went off 4 supper wif de adults to take a look at de shops in the shopping mall b4 it closed. yeah. supper. had satay (FAB), shandy (i didnt drink any hor), N ICECREAM (frm mac).nice.. haha.yeah. got back, FELL INTO BED. slept.Day 3 - Day 4.nothing much actually.. went shopping. oh yeah. breaky. i've got pics of that too. will upload at de end. hmm.. den we went shopping. or didnt really shop . hah guess wad. i found out the gloss i wanted was cheaper here. plus it was de exact same one i wanted n already got. oh well.. i dun think i got any clothes... yeah. then cos we were at some shopping mall that name i cant rmb, had lunch. parents decided to watch KUNG FU PANDA (kang-foo-pand-ah)! yay. so yeah. watched it. ROCKED MAN. MUST WATCH YEAH! it was only 9 ringgit seh. = S$4.50+. pro right? yeah. then went to Amigos (translation, friends) 4 dinner. nice. had lamb steak. forgot to take pics of that lol? yeah. den... cos mom wanted to watch prince caspian wif joy cos she hadn't gone yet to watch (while me n joy already went) she went to watch wif joy at night. 6 RINGGIT! siao hor? dad went out to look 4 durian wif his frens i think. anyway, was left alone in the hotel room. THANKFULLY, THERE WAS CABLE. haha. watched Disney channel until like 11pm in the night then went to bed. happy! haha. i love wizards of waverly place. so funny!!! haha. suite life of zac n cody even better!!! lols.yeah.den next day cant rmb anything. except we moved off to KL WHOOT! finally. church camp here we come!!! <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3>
Day 4 (afternoon onwards).
OKAY. CHURCH CAMP. we finally reached aft 2 1/2 hrs of travelling. MARRIOT PUTRAJAYA! lol something liddat la. whoot. place rocks man. like a PALACE. okay. a bit exagerrated. but hey, its a 5 star hotel. duh had to be nice. yup. so they webbers were staying in Palm. the place opposite marriot but they shared the same places. okay. after i spotted my luggage (TOOK ME A LONG TIME YEAH.), went to the ballroom to look 4 anybody i know. haha. yup. saw mow n fam, claire n her bro, cheryl (wg) n her sis, aunty beno & husband & uncle cedric n aunty cath dere. okay, not all were in the ballroom when i saw them, but yeah. yay. so aft that went wif maegan (we stuck together like sticky glue till we saw the others) to the main lobby to look 4 parents incase got wad arrangements. yeah. den ended up going 4 lunch. but me n mae went hungry.. so waited long time. hurried back to marriot, ginny saw us n said like just in time.
we were told to go do ushering. lols. yeah.mow, zoe, gifford & eunice were among the ppl i knew that also went to do ushering.. so yeah.assigned to do the part where just aft the zebra crossing dere. yeah. giff was also positioned nearby. so chatted 4 awhile. very boring. just waited 4 de church buses to come. yup. saw ethel & erika in one of the 1st few buses, n their parents in another bus. haha. yup. den we were like there 4 1 hr waiting okay. no where to sit summore. haha. anyway.. yeah.talktalktalktalk.. more buses... then finally. 1 MORE PATHETIC BUS. haha. waitwaitwaittalktalktalk. shouting across the road at mow to tell her the time. lol. yeah. i think it was 3.25pm haha.finally. last bus. was bus filled with webbers! yay. lol. tried spotting familliar faces.. but bus moved too fast. aiya just wave la. so waved lor. haha. i think dave saw me lol? nvm. yeah. den RUN TO THE BALLROOM. HAHAS. yeah.
orientation had started already. anyways.. yeah. then all of us went to look 4 seats. yup. lol the Eng Seng guy called us Websters? ROFL. haha. we aint dictionaries ya know. anyway lol. lame joke. woah i just scrolled up. so much lol. yup. so aft briefing, we were told to go gather at matt dere. he told us to get our bags n assemble back there in the lobby. got my bag frm mom, waited. then um... oh ya, ethel n eunice were together so yup. i lost mow i think. yeah. heh. she came back, found me. ethel n ben were like "John's looking 4 u" okay.. nvm. that aside.matt told us to follow cant-rmb-who to the ballroom in Palm. yup. den got dere, put bags down, matt briefed us on wad the procedure of things were, so we had to get room keys, den go to our rooms den have dinner. den aft that go back to the ballroom n have session. man the games were SUPER FUNNAY. haha. u can read elizabeth's blog if u wanna know more. i think most of the web ppl also updated with the stuff. hahas. rocked.then got back.. slept around midnight i think. yeah. eunice wanted to go to nat & cherie's room 2 sleep. so okay lor. go lor. we didnt really care
anyway. so we (ethel, mow & me) all slept in the hall on the 2 matresses. super comfortable. haha. we didnt even wanna sleep on the proper bed okay. haha. yeah. there was a queen sized bed in the room. mow didnt wanna sleep there cos she was scared lol?haha. yeah. our room was huge. the bigest among most our friends ones i think. yeah. they come in say like "WAHH.. SO BIG!" lols. yeah.but nice la. sleep in such a big room. no gd channels on de tv though.. except ESPN. more 4 de guys? haha. yeah. went to bed. finally. although we did watch a lil of tv n eat a lil of instant noodles (brought by ethel) n mommy brought my pillow!! yay.. heh. then yeah. SLEPT. FINALLY. haha.
Church camp. day 2.
Okay. so we had devotion at 6.30am. yup. woke up at 5.45am. woke the others up too. then breaky aft devotion. den cos i was assigned to sing on that day in de morning, so yeah. had to go to de room early to prac. anyway ethel was playing. so i wasnt alone :D haha. den we had chinese lesson! cos we were gonna serve the hokkien & chinese ministry dinner that night. so we had 'lessons' OH YA. b4 that.

yup. so we were doing all the prep n training. haha. it was super funny cos jerome n carissa were HILLARIOUS. lols. they act until ar.. very drama. hahas. so fun sia. yup. den had 5 min break. oh yeah, they were told to perform on the night where the whole church had combined service. lols. yup. den GST time. was a lot of discussion n reflection. yup. lunch. den the rest of the chi prep. actually wait. the funny stuff was now n not just now. haha whoops. yeah. den we were given like 1 hr to go back n bathe, change n all that stuff. yay. found out ppls room number.. began calling ppl. haha. NOT PRANK CALL WAN HOR. roflmao again.haha. yeah. served the ppl. i was a rice person! yay. super fun. hahas. i kinda dropped rice here n dere though.. LOL. yeah.den dinner. phew. all so tired. yeah. den went back 4 session. reflection. n watched facing the giants. veryvery nice show. yeah. got back to the room at like 11+pm. den washed up. called ppl a few more times. lol. went to sleep aft eating cup noodles n doing the reflection...

HAH I LOVED TODAYS LUNCH N DINNER MAN. super funny. then aft lunch, we 'saw' the new woodlands building. rocks. its so pretty! omgosh!! hahas. yeah. the atchitecture is really good. just hope we can move in there asap. den rehersal 4 the combined community celebration. whoot. cos i brought hippo & bear, i used hippo 4 the facing the giants scene. haha. to much to put down here so nvm. hahas. had dinner. i mentioned it rocked right? it did. lols.
den the combined thingy. funfunfun!! laughed like mad. halfway, went to sit with apple there. yeah. bryan was playing with hippo. hmph. then if that wasnt enuff, ASAPH went to play also. seriously ar... hahas. it was irritatingly-funily-stupid. yeah. heh.at least i've already washed it. phew. yup. we were let off at around..9.40pm? yup. could go back n do wadeva we wanted. so mow went off wif her fam n apple went somewhere else i dunno where, i walked back alone lor. yeah. then halfway bryan joined me while we (all the ppl going back to palm also) were walking back. NICHOLAS ONG. seriously. frens cant even walk n talk meh? get the wrong impression la. stupid. nvm. u didnt c anything. yup. slept the earliest among all the nights. b4 1am i think. lol duh? hahas. around..12.30am? yeah.
Church camp day 4 aka last day.
Devotion. called dave's room in the morning to wake them up cos i offered to last night. they didnt go 4 devotion anyway lol. couldnt wake up. den breakfast. they appeared. haha. then last session. so sad. last day liao. yeah. den we all checked out, had lunch. the last lunch dere as 1 church. sad right? cos in 2 yrs time aka our next church camp, we wun b 1 church liao. instead 2.yup. den went home. haha. mow stayed back cos of leaders retreat. yup. her dad's a beacon so must go. mm hmm.. den.. going home. woah. guess wad. there were 10 cars in our convoy. HAH. beat that. best part, our car was the leading car!! super coooool! haha. its like on the highway hor, u look behind n all the 9 cars would b behind in a straight row. nicenicenice!!! hahas. yeah. we passed samuel's car. not dalby, the other 1 frm wg. yeah. hahas. wheee...
FINALLY. ITS OVER. PHEW. type 4 so long sia. okay. now i really gtg. oh ya hor. i owe ur pics. still owe ur pics!
